Thank you so much for your thorough and detailed assessment of Thames St although the words in the body of the first email were all we needed – and exactly as we had expected – the house just didn’t feel right but we felt we needed a professional to confirm our suspicions as we do like the location so much. Shame, but surely there will be something smaller, and more structurally-sound, just around the corner.

The report was excellent. We have recommended you to McDonald real estate in Aspendale Gardens, who I am currently selling my house through.
