Many thanks for your response to my email and for sending me the report. Sure wish I had known about your company! I had to pay (company deleted) $850.00! when I booked ie upfront.  Needless to say I was not impressed with spending that amount of money for 20 mins and very limited information. I am impressed with the service you provided and report and will keep your details for future reference for myself and friends/ relatives etc.  Sally F.

Sorry, I didn't get back to you to confirm receipt of your report. I was very happy with the building inspection report and understood the things you had pointed out. I should add that the entire experience of dealing with you was painless and that the report was exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately I didn't buy the property though. It ended up selling for $482K! The agent's "estimate" was between $380K - $410K. I mentally set my limit at $457K, thinking that it would probably reach that, but I was surprised when it kept going and going. I'll keep looking though and I'll engage you again next time I find a suitable candidate.  Dean W
